In the heart of Berlin stands the Alfandary-Haus, directly at the Checkpoint Charly in the Zimmerstraße corner Friedrichstraße. Here we offer bright seminar and event rooms, which you can rent for a day or longer. In the immediate vicinity you will find everything you need for your stay: restaurants of all stripes, as well as hotels and guesthouses and the famous shopping of Friedrichstrasse and the magnificent boulevard Unter den Linden. It is only about 2 kilometers to Berlin main station and the typical sights of Berlin can be admired right at the gates of the Alfandary-Haus.

Currently you can rent our event rooms on favorable terms and get to know and test us as your future location for your next event in berlin. We are happy to provide you with our seminar rooms of different sizes for your trainings or conferences. We support you with our technology and gladly provide catering during the event at moderate conditions. Our in-house café completes the overall picture.
We are currently happy to grant you a 30% discount on the regular room price (net). This special welcome gift is for all new customers and within our office hours (weekdays, 09.00-18.00). Rentals on the weekend are unfortunately excluded, for this we charge the regular daily rate.
Our rooms are located in an attractive location in Berlin Center, directly at checkpoint-charlie, in the corner of the street Friedrichstrasse. There are several signposted parking in the immediate vicinity, but we recommend our customers - not least in terms of the environment - the journey by public transport.
